Shipping policy

There is a 24-72 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 business hours. Processing time might be longer during high volume of orders, such as holiday seasons. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, an email tracking will automatically send out when the package is ready for shipment and sent to carriers for shipping deliveries. Due to high volumes of packages that carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While carriers offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carriers are not the responsibility of Element Vape and must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.
